Refund & Cancellation Policy

Dial n Shine Ltd aims to provide reliable and high-quality cleaning services across the United Kingdom.

1. Cancellations

Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. No-Show Policy

If our team arrives at the scheduled time and cannot access the property, the booking may be treated as a no-show and charged in full.

4. Refunds

Refunds are only provided in cases where the service has not been delivered or where there is a valid issue reported within 24 hours after service completion.

5. Service Issues

If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will review the issue and may offer a re-clean or partial refund where appropriate.

6. Payment Terms

All payments must be completed as agreed at the time of booking. We do not store payment details.
